A robust evergreen perennial with a basel rosette of large leaves and then tall stems with tiered yellow flowers in summer. The stems persist into winter for extra interest, and the plant will spread making good ground cover. It can spread a bit much but has surface roots so controllable. For sun or part shade in good soil. Sold in a 2 litre round pot.
