A large shrub with arching stems, it can be evergreen but will loose its leaves in cold Winters. For any soil in sun or part shade. It has small white flowers loved by insects, then red berries in winter for the birds. I have grown it as a shrub shaped against my house wall, and also as a tall hedge. Sold in a 3 litre round pot.
