To make an order which will be prepared in advance for you to collect from my plant stall, please choose the plants you would like from the product page and then checkout. On the product page you can use the search box to select plants for different places, such as sun, shade, rockery, or perhaps for tough plants, or by flower colour. Just type in the word you are looking for.

Exact plant names are important but sometimes elusive! As many of the plants I sell are propagated from gardens by division, seed, or cuttings, obtaining an exact cultivar name can be a struggle. I try to be as accurate as possible, but I am sure I make some mistakes. I am though, more certain of my descriptions of how plants look and my experience of where they like to grow.

After you have checked out, you will receive an email confirming that I have received your order, and then another email confirming that your order is ready for you to collect from the plant stall. Unless otherwise indicated in your email, orders received by 6pm will be ready to collect by 12 noon the following day.

Please collect your online orders from my plant stall at Tullynessle Church car park AB33 8QR. If, when you collect your order, you decide to buy additional plants from the plant stall (in which case, thank you!), please pay for those extra plants by scanning the QR code displayed at the stall to pay by card, or pay by cash into the honesty box at the stall.I have been a professional gardener since 2004. I believe that garden plants are best bought locally, from small nurseries where the plants have been skilfully chosen and grown to suit the conditions in your area. I also think that the plant you are buying should be the main focus of the item you receive, rather than a small component buried in a lot of packaging. For these reasons I have decided not to post out my plants, but if you are able to visit my plant stall from near or far, either to collect your online order or to buy on the day, you are very welcome!
